Contact form: name, email address, phone number (if you provide it) and the content of your message.

Technical data: server logs such as timestamp and request type, used for security and reliability.

We do not collect sensitive data and we do not use profiling or automated decision-making.

We process the data to answer enquiries and quote requests (legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps).

Accounting-related data is retained to meet statutory obligations.

Form submissions are stored in a database hosted within the EU and also emailed to the company address.

Access is limited to company staff and protected by authentication. All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS).

We keep enquiries for a maximum of 24 months, after which they are deleted unless a customer relationship or law requires longer retention.

We never sell or rent personal data. It is processed only by our service providers (web platform, database and email service) on our behalf.

Data may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.

The site only uses strictly necessary storage, for example to remember your language choice in the browser. We do not use marketing tracking cookies.

You have the right to access your data, request correction or erasure, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
